Welcome to Connecting Hearts ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our mobile application, web services, or wedding vendor marketplace, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Member Eligibility Criteria

To register an account or create a candidate profile on Connecting Hearts, members must meet the following legal eligibility criteria under Indian Law:

Females must be at least 18 years of age.
Males must be at least 21 years of age.
Members must be legally single, divorced, or widowed (eligible for marriage).

2. Account Authenticity & Member Obligations

Members agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information regarding identity, age, education, profession, marital status, and family credentials. Submitting fraudulent credentials, impersonating others, or engaging in harassment will result in immediate profile termination without refund.

3. Online Payment Processing via Razorpay

All online financial transactions for membership packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond), contact view credits, and marketplace vendor deposits are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway under 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store credit card CVV or bank PIN credentials on our servers.

4. Digital Service Delivery

All matrimony service features, including match profile views, horoscope compatibility reports, and direct contact credits, are 100% digital in nature. Features are activated inside the user's account immediately upon payment receipt confirmation from Razorpay.

5. Marketplace Vendor Partner Bookings

Members booking wedding vendors (photography, catering, mandapam, bridal styling) via the Connecting Hearts Marketplace agree to pay a minimum advance deposit of ₹1,000 to lock calendar dates. Deposits reserve service provider calendar slots and are managed under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to Connecting Hearts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
