Connecting Hearts is an exclusive matrimonial and matchmaking platform reserved strictly for consenting adults.

• Strict Minimum Age Limit: Users must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age of marriage in their jurisdiction). Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory Identity & DOB Verification: Registration requires date of birth validation and identity verification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID).
• Underage Profile Removal: Any account detected belonging to a minor will be immediately deleted.

We employ multi-layered proactive safeguards to inspect photos, introductory media, and chat content:

• Automated Media Scanning: AI vision classifiers scan all uploaded profile photos, video biodatas, and audio intros prior to public publishing.
• Text & Pattern Classifiers: Chat messages and bio texts are continuously monitored for suspicious language, underage solicitation, or inappropriate keywords.
• Manual Moderator Review: Human moderation teams review flagged accounts 24/7.

We provide simple and accessible reporting tools directly in the mobile application and web portal:

• In-App Profile Reporting: Tap "Report User" on any candidate profile or chat conversation and select "Child Safety Violation".
• Instant Block: Block any user immediately to prevent communications.
• Priority Incident Review: Child safety reports bypass standard queues and are assigned top priority.

In full compliance with international child safety laws, the Information Technology Act (India), and Google Play Developer Policies:

We preserve forensic metadata (IP addresses, device fingerprints, timestamps, account logs) and submit CyberTipline reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement authorities.
