Method 1: Web Account Deletion Request Form
You do not need to have the Connecting Hearts mobile application installed to delete your account. Fill out the request form below to submit a permanent account deletion request.
Method 2: Delete Directly Inside Mobile App
If you have the Connecting Hearts mobile application installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your profile instantly:
Open Mobile App
Launch the Connecting Hearts app and log in to your active account.
Navigate to Settings
Go to your Profile tab, click Settings , then select Account Settings.
Confirm Permanent Deletion
Tap Delete My Account Permanently, confirm your security PIN or OTP, and your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for purge.
